Sneakers inspired by utility boots – their layers, components, parts and transformation into urban utility sneakers, interconnection of function and aesthetics. The final shape is deconstructed sneakers shell with typical ankle support, massive padded tongue and metal circles for variable lacing, where the functional lacing is becoming an aesthetic art element. Bata Young Designers Challenge production was made in Bata company in Dolní Nemcí. Sneakers are made of luxury leather with metal rings in contrast of neon yellow textile lining on typical white old tennis outsole.
